This is "The Color of Senescence" taken yesterday at the local Zoo. I took an earlier version on Wednesday, tried again on Thursday and got what I wanted yesterday. I must say it pleases me and I hope it is well received.
Must admit that I had to look up the term. I'd still like to know the plant involved and whether this is its normal phase or if you had to hunt for this spectacular example. Really appreciating the colors and flow. It's pleasing me, too.

ReplyDeleteIt is a palm frond which is dying. The plant seems to make new and lose old leaves continuously.
